I Feel Pretty
It is thought that the black fur under a raccoon’s eyes reduces glare and enhances nocturnal vision when it’s dark outside. Another theory is that the different patterns of each animal’s mask help raccoons recognize each other. While there is no real consensus about why raccoons have masks, there is one thing we can all agree on: raccoons look fabulous in flower crowns!
This is my favorite painting. I love the colors and her sweet smile!
